Hey Everyone! I purchased this set almost 2 years ago and still haven't got around to using it. Now that I'm working on my post-baby body I was wondering what kind of results you guys have seen. Should I give it a try? Thanks :)

Not counting veggie calories?
Hey guys! So I want to start reducing calorie intake and tracking everything, yet was wondering, does it benefit me to not count vegetable calories? I love to always be snacking so I feel like I would be more at ease to munch on cucumbers, carrots and celery all day! Is this a bad idea? Thanks :)

MY FIRST NSV!!!
Just finished an hour on the elliptical and for the first time after a workout..... I FEEL AMAZING!!! I feel like i can breath deeper, stand taller, my mind is clear..I just feel great! Has anyone had luck with the blueprint 3 day juice cleanse? I'm really interested in learning about it, and possibly trying it. My only set back is it will cost 200+ with delivery and such so I want as much info as possible :) So has anyone tried it? Any success stories? Thanks guys :)
