Using all the calculators mentioned by everyone on this site (Scooby, iifym, etc.) I figured out my TDEE -20% and have been blissfully eating 1750 calories for over a month now. I'm sick today with a head cold for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. I've been eating 1750 calories, including lots of fruits and veggies and lean protein. I take a multivitamin and a zinc tablet daily. waist? Hips? Thighs? I really don't know what goal measurements to shoot for in these areas. I'm 5'4" and currently 41% body fat. I'd like to be around 20% body fat when all is said and done. Anyone care to share their current measurements if you have reached your goals?

Right now I'm at 41% body fat. I've been monitoring my measurements and truly care more about that than I do about my weight.
