Anyone switch from NROL to You Are Your Own Gym?

I've been doing NROL4W and have completed the first 2 stages. I've seen great results, however the workouts take a LONG time! With having to share equipment, each workout takes me about 90 minutes with warmup, lifting, rests, HIIT, and cool down stretches. Right now that's okay because I'm a teacher and I don't work in the summer. However, in a few weeks when I go back to work and my kids go back to school I won't have an extra 90 minutes to spare with checking papers, etc.
I'm looking at switching to You are Your Own Gym or the women's version Body by You. Has anyone ever made this switch? If so, were you glad you did? Thanks!
