Mental boost

Just wanted to share my accomplishments about 6 weeks into my journey:
As a mental boost-since January 1, these are my accomplishments: *Lost 12 pounds *Took 3.8 inches off my waist *Lost 3.6% body fat *Lost 2.0 from BMI (almost to overweight instead of obese) *Went from Waist to hip ratio of .87 down to .8 with a risk category of high down to low. *Went from Waist to height ratio of 62.2% down to 56% which takes me from highly obese down to seriously overweight. *Have tracked my food for 42+ consecutive days. *Have worked out consistently. ******YEAH, ME!!!!*******
When you have a long road ahead, like me, it's nice to find the accomplishments and share. Anyone else care to share?
