I don't have a heart rate monitor that tells me how many calories I have burned. But I just did the first 3 miles of the 5 mile fat burning walk dvd. So I own a stationary fan bike. I biked this morning for 32 minutes. My bike does not take in to account weight and what not. I feel like I was keeping a pretty moderate pace. But when I try to log as stationary bike at moderate pace it gives me almost 400 calories. Whereas my bike says I burned just over 150. That's quite…
