When did you see the difference?
I've lost 5% of my body weight and can't see a difference in the mirror or in the way my clothes fit. I'm a little discouraged, but know it's probably just too soon. Right? When did you start to see a difference?

30 pounds by my 30th Bday (27 away weeks)
I've reset my ticker and my mindset! No more logging calories only on occasion or skipping the gym because I'm too tired! My birthday is about 27 weeks away... that's just a little over 1 pound per week. I can do this! Anyone who has done something similar, I'd love to hear from you! :happy:
