When did you see the difference?

I've lost 5% of my body weight and can't see a difference in the mirror or in the way my clothes fit. I'm a little discouraged, but know it's probably just too soon. Right? When did you start to see a difference?

I was 250ish and didn't notice until 200ish. Took quite awhile! And I noticed before anyone else did.1

I was 210lbs and started to notice around the 170 mark. Remember your body will drop weight from places you don't even notice. Give it some time2

I started to notice how my clothes fit better first. I was bursting out of most of my pants at 230 but I was in denial and didn't want to go up to size 18.
I am starting to notice more now and I've gone from 230 to 215 so far. It's been about 10 weeks.2 -
5% seems a decent weight loss amount. Maybe the reason you don't notice the difference is because you are used to see your body every day and small transformations seem insignificant, but I bet that your clothes fit better among other things. You should not get discouraged, but rather you should keep the motivation high because 5% is a good beginning.1
