Weight Lifting Plan-- Suggestions

I need a beginner, weight-lifting plan that I can follow 3 days a week. A Google only confused me with too many options :noway:

Can anybody suggest a website, etc. where I can find something simple?

    Pinterest has some plans for arms. I have used them with 5 pound weights and felt the burn. It doesn't take much time either. Its worth a shot to look.
