Restarting ....
I got on the scale this morning after being off of exercise for almost 6 months ... and I've gained back the 80 pounds I lost last year. I need some support and motivation to start again. Does anyone have any advice?

Does anyone know where I can get 3x or 4x compression shorts or pants? I'm fat and have "fat overhang." When I work out I don't ever want to hear the fat slap or anything like that.
