Compression Short/Pants

Does anyone know where I can get 3x or 4x compression shorts or pants? I'm fat and have "fat overhang." When I work out I don't ever want to hear the fat slap or anything like that. Someone suggested compression shorts/pants or a compression shirt. Anyone know where I can get a 3 or 4 x? I wear a 28/30 shirt. Suggestions? Please?
