Calorie burning tips and ideas
I am a peron who is always on the go however I drive everywhere because my designations are far apart from each other. Besides running on a treadmill is there any activities that I can do in my daily life that doesn't require a work out machine or going to the gym?

Im more of the on the go type of person most of my foods are either bought by fast food like McDonald's or dunkin donuts . The most I can do on my schedule during the week is cereal . i dont feel as if i lost
i mainly weigh my self on the wii but even though it says im losing weight i dun really see a difference and i supposedly lost 21lbs. what can i do to keep the motivation to continue working out. because now all i do is stick to a calorie limit.
