On the go
Im more of the on the go type of person most of my foods are either bought by fast food like McDonald's or dunkin donuts . The most I can do on my schedule during the week is cereal . During the weekend is the time I can really make real food so my question is what heathy foods a choices can I get on the go?..

Try to do thinks that arent fried, grilled chicken and hold the sauce and cheese. Yogurt and fruit without the granola.
At McDonalds, I will usually get a yogurt parfait, I get a cheeseburger for my 2yo, have a bite or two which lets me feel like I didnt miss out and have the yogurt.0
