when working out do you manually enter your calories the machine at the gym gave you into MFP or do you use the MFP suggestions?

sodium
could i not be losing weight any more because i am consuming to much sodium? if i am within my calories but go over my sodium will this hault my weight loss. i have not lost any more weight in about 3 months and am trying to pinpoint the reason.

when to stop eating?
on certain days of the week i do not get off work until around 10pm and i am usually hungry so i eat a snack when i get home. is eating too late a bad thing or does it matter as long as i stay within my calories? what time do you stop eating?

eat more?
i am 5'7 and 130lbs i am looking to lose 10 more lbs but have been stuck at 130lbs forabout 3 or 4 months. should i change my goals to lose only 1/2 lb a week and eat more or what? i am worried that eating more calories is going to make me gain

fat day
sometimes (maybe once or twice a month) i allow myself to eat whatever i want. that way i dont have to worry about calories and can just enjoy a day out with the family and treat myself . will this slow my progress? does anyone else do this?
