Great fitness quote
Even A.A. Milne (Winnie the Pooh creator) is behind the fitness trend! "A bear, however hard he tries, grows tubby without exercise." I just had to share. I  Winne the Pooh!

Awesome calisthenics workout
I got this workout from my friend, Danielle. Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, where 1 round = 5 burpees (You can find a video on Youtube if you don't know what a burpee is. I had to look it up this morning. LOL) 10 pushups 15 situps 20 squats I did 6 rounds. Challenge yourself & see how many you can do! :)

Drop & Give Me What You Can In 90 Seconds
Earlier this month, I decided I wanted to work on my pushups. They've never been my favorite exercise, but they're a great core workout. So, I decided every morning I would drop & see how many I could do in the 90 seconds it takes to heat up the water for my coffee. On June 6, that number was 23. Today, I did 37.…

When I started my weight loss journey in January 2008 - wearing size 14/16 at…

(I'm not sure about garlic powder.) Also, garlic goes with just about anything. I've added it to edamae, tuna fish, and sauteed spinach. I know it's good…

NSV
I started keeping track of my weight loss again 4 months ago b/c (at the time) I had 15 lbs I wanted to lose. Since then, my weight's actually gone up & down about 5 lbs and I'd actually gained inches in March. Well, I did my 4-week check-in yesterday & I'd actually lost 1.5" from my waist and .5" from my hips. It's nice…

Hello!
My name is Debbie. 3 years ago, I first started my weight loss journey at 183 lbs. I managed to lose 50 lbs by exercising and eating healthier. However, over the past 5-6 months, I've gained 15 lbs. My goal is to lose that weight by March 14 (the goal that I set on my Wii Fit). Hopefully, this will be able to keep me…
