My name is Debbie. 3 years ago, I first started my weight loss journey at 183 lbs. I managed to lose 50 lbs by exercising and eating healthier. However, over the past 5-6 months, I've gained 15 lbs. My goal is to lose that weight by March 14 (the goal that I set on my Wii Fit). Hopefully, this will be able to keep me honest so that I'm not so surprised when the numbers don't go down on my body test! Any support, suggestions, and encouragement are always welcome!
