I started keeping track of my weight loss again 4 months ago b/c (at the time) I had 15 lbs I wanted to lose. Since then, my weight's actually gone up & down about 5 lbs and I'd actually gained inches in March. Well, I did my 4-week check-in yesterday & I'd actually lost 1.5" from my waist and .5" from my hips. It's nice to see some type of progress! It gives me the motivation to keep going toward the toned look I want.
