For those worried about sodium intake...

...instead of using salt, add garlic to your food. Minced garlic doesn't have any sodium & it adds a lot of delicious flavor. Garlic salt has 240mg of sodium per serving. (I'm not sure about garlic powder.) Also, garlic goes with just about anything. I've added it to edamae, tuna fish, and sauteed spinach. I know it's good mixed in with mashed potatoes, so it would probably be a yummy baked potato topping. It's also an excellent addition to steak or chicken. Hopefully, this helps!

Hahahaha...I'm surprised that I don't sweat liquid garlic. I add garlic and onions to everything. We LOVE garlic. Another great way to add flavor is with lemons and limes...................I use them all the time........sodium free.0
