So I will be starting Keto this sunday and was wondering if anyone had experience with it combined with muscle gain/loss? Made some good muscle gains, however I would like to now start seriously cutting into the fat.

Not getting hungry, especially when working out

Insantiy:Calories without a heart rate monitor
Is there anyway to figure out calories? I am lowballing it just to be safe in the calorie counter but still I would like to know if there is anyway to ball park it. This is for Insanity and p90x mainly I do insanity everyday, with p90 muscle workouts 1-2 times a week.
