Low fat & low carb possible for weight loss success?
I've been trying the Atkins low-carb high-fat and it's just not working for me something about eating all this fat just does not seem right looking for suggestions on whether I can do low-carb and low-fat and if so what is the highest I should go in carbs. Also how much fat.

Calories in Baby Red Potatoes
There are so many different entries on MFP and the internet that I am confused about how many calories are in one small baby red potato which weighs roughly one ounce. Some say 100 calories per potato. I can believe that this could be true. Anyone know the correct answer?

1200 Calories - How Long?
I have been on 1200 calories for the past 3-1/2 months and was wondering how long this is healthy? I am still losing but at a much slower pace. Maybe 1-2 pounds/week. I have read that maybe increasing my calories for a short time may jump start my metabolism. Please share your experience!

How can I get in enought calories without going over on carbs, sodium, sugar, fat, etc? Everyday I struggle to get in my 1200 calories because I am trying to stay under on other settings.

Scale won't budge!
I have been very dedicated all week and even started some exercise (walking) but the scale hasn't moved not even 1 pound. Same weight since last Friday. I log in my food faithfully so that I won't go over. Any words of encouragement or ideas to move the scale would be greatly appreciated.

Computer Auto Updates when losing weight
Today when I put in my new weight the computer told me that since I had lost a certain number of pounds did I want the computer to automatically adjust my goals. I answered yes but don't see anything different. Does anyone know why it did that and what it changed?

Help with calories burned on stationary bike
I just rode a stationary resistance bike for 60 mins and on the display it said that I burned 390 cals but when I go to my exercise on MFP and put in 60 mins of stationary bike it says I burned 749 calories. Why such a difference and what should I log in fo rmy exercise.
