I dip them in mixture of egg white and coarse ground mustard then coat in Pablo crumbs. Spray them with Pam and bake. They turn out crispy and yummy

In the beginning of my weight loss journey I had a friend that was a trainer tell me to stay under 30 grams but I find that very difficult to do. I haven't worried about it too much and have still had great weight loss. I have been consuming between 35-45 grams a day.

Sorry I haven't posted much these past couple of weeks. My weight loss is slow now that I have lost so much weight. I have been lazy in the exercise department. I know that I can't lose 10 lbs in a month anymore but I hey any loss is a good thing. Good luck everyone!

Mine does that all the time. I usually weigh twice also but if they are not the same then I weigh a third time and take the highest (why do we let those darn scales do that to us lol)

I keep low calorie/low sugar treats for those cravings My favorites are Klondike 100 cal no sugar added ice cream sandwiches and no added sugar 40 cal fudge popsicles.

When I put in the mins as circuit training general it actually comes out a few more calories burned so I think I will stick with the 10 cals/min. Thanks for the tip!

I have been having similar issue with people telling me to "stop losing". I think it is just because most of them have never seen me this thin. Then again some of them may be jealous! For the most part I have been doing 1200 or under for the past 8 months. Yes I do eat back my exercise calories.
