NSV! I am "normal!!!!
My BMI is now 25, down from 47! I am so excited! I have been trying to get out of the overweight range, and now I have I am right in the healthy range (by one lb)! WEEEEEE!

charts, Dr. best weight
I am 5'8 and am now at 163, I started at 294. The charts say I should be between 121-150 to be in the "normal" range,I think I still look "big" and want to weigh 135lbs, my Dr. said I am fine and they are recalculating the weights on most of theem. Ladies 5/8-5'9 what is a "slender" weight for you?

I am now able to jog 3 miles nonstop. When I started out could not walk on treadmill without holding on. Today I jogged almost 40 minutes nonstop, almost 4 miles!

I go to a small gym, mostly oler people. I try to go everyday, and I sweat, intervals ect. Today, "oh my do you live here?" the other day "You are her all of the time". I have ignored it, this happens at the minimum 1 or 2 times a week. I almost feel shamed for working out. Do you ever deal with similar? your response?:huh:

numbers confuse me!
Had vo2 tested at hospital BMR was 1890 was told that considering that I excercise 6 days week that I should eat 2,000 calories per day to lose 2 lbs per week. 3,024 to maintain my weight. I had it tested when I weighed 184, now weigh 177.4. The confusion sets in MFP states I should eat 1200 calories per day to lose 1-2…

is it too good to be true?
I was swimming breaststroke 60 minutes, did stop fro a minute or 2 break, otherwise moderate pace. All indications are taht I burned 800-850 calories according to different sources. Does yhis sound correct?

Severe leg cramps after 60 minutes
