Tonight I ate 690 Calories of Milk Chocolate
I am at goal weight and exceeded my calorie intake by about 250 Calories I was craving some choc and a customer brought me a nice 125g bar in and I ate it as I was working on the PC tonight. 65 Pounds in 3 Months
I had a double Hip replacement last year the doctor told me to lose a little weight and on the 8th of December I weighted 243 by March 7th I was 178 and have maintained that weight still over the last 5 months. It has been far easier than I thought thanks to this site !!

Not done the Diary in 10 days been in Las Vegas But.......
Been on Holiday back to the states to visit the son and family I weighted 192.5 when I left and I ate at 4 Buffets stayed away from anything fried but did get desserts Cheesecake Coconut cream pie puddings Ect and expected to add a bit of weight back on. Well now what ??
I have reached my goal weight and the plan here says to maintain it I can consume 2350 Calories a day. I guess thats good news but can I really ? I am scared as losing it was a task and I don't want to get it back but don't want to lose more either

I have done it !!
On December 8th last year I decided to get some weight off was 243 pounds 5ft 11in Tall. I set a goal of 200 Pounds and todays weigh in shows that I have done it !! I am now 199.1 and this in 1 day less than 3 months. Now the hard work begins keeping it off

Fewer calories than suggested
In the program says should eat 1500 calories a day and I have not exceeded 1000 in the first week of following the program. It says I am eating too little but I am never hungry so should I be concerned ?
