Last time I was here I was able to get myself in pretty good shape down to 84 kilo. Over the last couple years I've went back up to a hundred kilo and now it's time to go to work on it again. I'm not big with exercise but I'm a big Walker I walk everyday between 5 and 10 miles. I'm hoping that this gives me the exercise I need along with eating right I'm hoping to lose 10 kilo in about 6 weeks. I was very abusive with food ate anything and everything I wanted thanks to this program and map my walk losing weight has never been easier
