Hey I did a class at LA Fitness today called Body Works with Abs for 30 mins. How do I figure the calorie burn? We did alot of strength training, toning, using 2 and 5 pound weights and we we did ab exercises. Anybody know the calorie burn? Have taken the class? Thanks, Marc
Hey...IDK if anyone experiences this or if its me....but when on eliptical for long period of time its like the bottoms of my feet start going numb or just start to get sore..soon as Im done doing the workout..im fine though...whats up with that? normal? need a certain type of sneaker??

Hey Maybe a stupid question...but Id like to know how I can decrease amounts in the red. As day progressses I have over eaten some of these nutrients and whatnot in the food and drinks etc...I want to decrease the sodium and cholesterol...can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks!
