Sore feet?

Hey...IDK if anyone experiences this or if its me....but when on eliptical for long period of time its like the bottoms of my feet start going numb or just start to get sore..soon as Im done doing the workout..im fine though...whats up with that? normal? need a certain type of sneaker??

I have the same problems when I do my turbo jam cardio workouts. I am not sure what to do about it, but it is nice to know that I am not the only one with the problem.
I have tried to add arch insoles to my shoes, but that didnt work for me. I will be paying attention to see if anyone else has something to say about it.0 -
