So I just started thinking about it today. Im allowed 1900 calories a day to consume. I burn calories at diff times of day and it adds back to calories to consume after Ive taken away by eating or drinking, etc. I know thats how its been working since I started but what i need to know is should i enter my workouts at end of eating day so i stay within 1900 before workouts or it doesnt matter??? i dont even know if im expliaininh it right..

I personally do mine as I go. That way I know what I've done and what I have left. I'm not sure that it matters as long as you log everything to ensure you're staying on track.0

If your not doing intense work outs where your burning a good amount of calories (like 700-1000) I wouldn't enter it. The 1900 calories assumes you are burning an average amount of calories a day.
If you are doing intense work outs, I would enter it as soon as you know the number, or if you work out late in the day try to guestimate ahead to end up about where you should be at the end of the day.0 -
I add my work out into my pal every day, but I dont consume the extra calories. I dont think is good but I rather not risk it slowing down the weight loss.0
