Body Works with Abs class...How many calories is the burn??

Hey I did a class at LA Fitness today called Body Works with Abs for 30 mins. How do I figure the calorie burn? We did alot of strength training, toning, using 2 and 5 pound weights and we we did ab exercises.
Anybody know the calorie burn? Have taken the class?

Highly highly highly recommend getting a Heart Rate monitor with cal output. There are heaps of different brans and varying prices but you can get the basic ones in Target and they will show you your calorie burn for any workout session you do.

According to FitClick, 531 calories per hour (based on a body weight of 150 lbs)
