How long did it take for you to see results
Hello all, I was just wondering how long it took for y'all to start seeing results -- losing fat and maintaining or gaining muscle? Trying to get more toned, but not necessarily drop lbs. Stats/diet plan/workout & lift plan appreciated please, esp from ladies, but men would be great also.

The dreaded skinny fat
Hello. Average height/weight here (5'5", 130lbs). Swimmer. Desperately wanting to change from being skinny fat to toned. I'm trying to lift weights and eat more protein but it doesn't seem to be working (on top of doing cardio, to lose fat). Help?

Carbs...too many
I need help lowering my carbs and sugar and upping my protein. I find myself craving carbs all the time, which results in excess abdominal fat. Help!

Down 3.6% body fat!
Joined mid January and have lost 3.6% body fat and 10lbs since then! I haven't even had to cut calories. I just ran more and quit buying skittles!

Losing body fat
Hello I'm of normal size and weight (5'5" around 130lbs) but my body fat percentage is NOT in a healthy range (29.1%). How do I drop body fat? I swim about 10 miles a week!
