Hello all, I was just wondering how long it took for y'all to start seeing results -- losing fat and maintaining or gaining muscle?
Trying to get more toned, but not necessarily drop lbs.
Stats/diet plan/workout & lift plan appreciated please, esp from ladies, but men would be great also.
