Should I trust my treadmill?
My usual cardio workout is walking at 2.8-3.0 for 60 minutes at a 10% incline (whew!). My treadmill tells me I have burned 600 calories. Does that sound right? All of the sudden I'm freaked out that I haven't actually burned that much because it sounds like so much.

100 days!
Today marks 100 days in a row that I've been on MFP. I lost 14 pounds in the first 65 days, and I'm frustrated that the last 45 have been at a standstill, but I'm hopeful that the scale will start to move again soon! Just wanted to share a small success.

When we "earn" calories
I don't know what to eat after I've burned calories that I need to eat back! I burn about 450 cal every day (which is over a third of my daily calorie allowance). Shouldn't I get a third more allowance on sugar, carbs, protein, etc? How am I supposed to eat back my calories without going over on everything?

Is all that water overrated?
I spent an entire month obsessing over my water intake. I drank 70-80 ounces every single day and peed CONSTANTLY and really saw no benefit from it. How many calories do you try to burn daily? I'm 5'3 and 132 pounds trying to lose about 12 more pounds. I walk at a 10% incline on the treadmill at 3 mph for 30 min every day and burn 300 calories. Delicious dessert
I mix one 100 cal pack of oreo mini cakesters with 4 tablespoons whipped topping for my own "fake" oreo blizzard. DELICIOUS! :) and only 150 calories!

BMR help
I just did a BMR calculator and it said 1400 calories. Does that mean I should be eating 1400 cal per day? Or does it mean if I stick to 1200 cal per day I'll have a good 200 cal deficit? HELP!

How I broke my plateau

MAJOR SUCCESS!
I woke up this morning and tried on pants to wear to work-- these pants were too tight for me to wear 2 months ago and now they are TOO LOOSE for me to wear! I am so happy! Haven't weighed in since last week but I will tomorrow. Hopefully the scale will be my next success story!

Fruit
I love fruit and am wondering how I should eat every day. I log it and it takes up most of my sugar but I know it's not the "bad" kind. Should I even consider it as part of my sugar intake?

I know it sounds stupid...
but I NEVER go over on my calories because I HATE to see the negative red numbers! If I have 50 calories left I'd rather not eat anything else than eat something with 80 and see those stupid red numbers! They mess with my mind. Does anyone else feel this way?

Plateau :(
I've been at the same weight (or maybe a pound more) for over a week after 7 weeks of consistently losing about 2 pounds per week. I had strep throat over the weekend and barely ate at all because my throat hurt so bad and even with that I didn't lose anything! Any ideas on why? I've been super consistent with my eating.
