How many calories do you try to burn daily? I'm 5'3 and 132 pounds trying to lose about 12 more pounds. I walk at a 10% incline on the treadmill at 3 mph for 30 min every day and burn 300 calories. Just trying to see if anyone out there has advice about whether I should up that a little or if I'll be fine with what I'm already doing.

I'd like to know the answer to that myself. I've heard never eat more calories than you burn. Burn a certain number of calories. I just don't know.

Keep doing what you're doing if you're losing at a rate you're comfortable with. If you stop losing, you may have to change the exercise routine up a little bit. Your body gets used to what you're doing and you wind up not burning as many calories doing it when you're not putting as much effort into it. When I find my exercise is too easy, I either do it longer or with more intensity. You don't want to push to the point of injury though.
