Today I'm feeling proud of myself. I completed my 1st 5K Race in 32min. The weather was 39 degrees and raining the whole time. Strength training and burned calories
Hi, can anyone tell me why calories burned don't show up under activities for strength training like they do for cardio? Why can't I enter calories burned manually like you can when you do cardio activties? I'm new to this site. I've just started about a week ago and maybe I'm just missing something? Thanks.
