Today I made prok chops with onions and apples :D
Marinated the whole thing for an hour in balsamic vinegar, a few drops of worchestshire sauce, a little whiskey... And planty of Paprica, thyme and basil!! Those are my fave spices... Then in the oven for about 40 mins :) it turned out really yummy. Dunno how health it is.. Would probly be better with chicken or something.…

This BMR stuff makes no sense!
There's no way my BMR is 1800 ... no way in hell.. and no way my body fat percentage is 27% >_< I dont trust it. Even MFP calculates it to be less. And the good thing about MFP is that it actually wants to know my height.. that other site doesn! Im so confused x__x And Im pretty sure my body fat percentage is much higher.
