A good recipe for Grahamflour flatbread?

I have enjoyed baking with graham flour lately. It's certainly a bit tougher to work with than normal all-purpose flour.

Anyway I would like a good, yummy recipe for graham flour flatbread. I tried googling but not a lot of useful stuff comes up

Also if anyone has ideas/recipes for other things I could use graham flour for, please feel free to share :)
