Plateau and loosing motivation

Food Database
At home I have tea with skimmed mile and two sweeteners which is 15 calories according to the database but if at work I have tea with semi-skimmed milk with two sweeteners its only 13 calories? Which one is correct and which one is wrong :huh: As skimmed milk has less calories than semi skimmed so I thought?
