30 Day Shred

I am thinking of starting the 30 Day Shred but am unsure of what I should be logging it as exercise wise?

    I log it as circuit training - 20 Minutes :smile:

    Unless you have a HRM and can put it in yourself, use "Circuit Training General". Hope this helps! Oh and good luck with the shred :smile:

    I did L1D1 today and logged it as circuit training, general as that's what I've seen people log it as before. :)

    Most people log it as circuit training, general. But beware. As with almost all exercises on MFP (and on machines for that matter) for most people, it will almost certainly tell you you're burning far more calories than you really are. I don't eat my exercise calories, so it's neither here nor there what it tells me. But, if you need or want an accurate count of what you're burning, it seems the consensus is that you need a GOOD Heart Rate Monitor and add the calories burned yourself, rather than what MFP or a machine tells you you're burning.

    Thanks guys for your input really appreciate it, I hope to get a HRM after Christmas as at the moment I cannot aford one.
