I need to work on my flexibility
I am NOT a very flexible person, but I would loooove to increase my flexibility. Are there exercise that help increase that. Does yoga really work for that?

How did building muscle effect your weight?
I hit a plateau about every 10 pounds. I hit one at 200 and now I'm hitting one early at 194. I'm thinking maybe it is because of my lifting. How did your lifting affect the scale? Did it go up and/or level off as u built muscle and then fall back down as more fat was being burned?

TODAY'S NSV- MY BMI!!!
So, I officially reached the 30 pound mark yesterday. I haven't been paying much attention to my BMI, but I calculated today: Starting BMI-37.3 Current BMI-32.3 Still in the obese category, but in about 15 more pounds, I will just be overweight. I'm pretty happy about that.
