If you watch Wendy Williams, you know that your bingo wings are the saggy part on top of your tricep. You know, the part that jiggles when you wave. I am trying to get rid of the jiggle. Any advice. Right now I only do weight training twice a week, because thats the only time I have weights. I do bicep curl 30 lbs for 30 reps, tricep extension 40 lbs for 30 reps, lat pull-down 50 lbs for 30 reps, and bench press 30 lbs for 30 reps. Any tips?

hmm. I have the same problem with my triceps. Have you tried pectoral flies? Hold two weights in front of you and lift them. Also holding a wight behind your head and lifting up and down helps. Good luck and I hope this is helpful
Oh and one other thing, throwing a medicine ball at the wall helps. I use one that is padded at my gym. I take the ball all the way behind my head and then I throw.
