Just a quick question I'm consuming approximately 1300-1400 calories daily and also burning around 600 calories each day. after exercise it would be 700-800 calories. would I have to consume more calories since its bad to go below 1200?

Hello, I have been eating a low calorie diet, my daily goal is around 1600 – 1700 calories but I can only seem to manage to eat 1200 while eating healthy.
