Adding beans to your diet

Hello everyone, I was doing a little research on beans but couldn't find anything on how much beans a day and how many times a week you should eat them to help lose some weight, does anyone have any idea if eating to much could make you gain instead of lose?

    Eating too much of anything will make you gain. Beans provide a good source of fiber that make you fuller longer. Stay within your calories and eat as many beans as you'd like - just be warned too much fiber and you can be having some other issues... beans beans the musical fruit...
