Just a quick question I'm consuming approximately 1300-1400 calories daily and also burning around 600 calories each day. after exercise it would be 700-800 calories. would I have to consume more calories since its bad to go below 1200?

Yes, you need to give your body fuel to function properly. Net should be at least 1200 - and for a young male I'd think that is even way too low.0

Yes. And you probably will find 1300-1400 difficult to live with anyway.0
