Half way to my goal weight! (63lb gone, 63 to go!!)
Firstly, i only have head shots, actually cant find any full body of the "in progress" me! i should really get to taking some...I know its hard to tell from only head shots, but i know i am getting there! Ok so i have a friend... shes a healthy weight but has developed an eating disorder where she will eat 0-500 cals a day for however long she can and then binge (and often purge) on food. ok when i started on MFP my calorie goal was set at 1500, for my height and weight, i just looked on another website and it said i should be eating 2036 for a 2lb loss a week! i ignored MFP in the first place and am eating an average of 1200 cals a day everyday and am loosing around 2lb a week. so am i to believe i can eat…

yeah so has anyone tried the up day down day diet? i only just heard about it and am very tempted to use it to get over the plateau i've hit..you basically eat 25% of your daily allowance on a down day and the next day is the up day which you can eat your full daily allowance- so in my case a down day is 400cal and up day…

bad days
how often do you all allow yourself to have a treat? I've been craving chocolate for 3 days now, so i gave in today and just had a small bar (as i was still 600 cals under my target) to try and curb the craving, it seems to have worked (and it was so worth it) but i still feel a tad guilty for it, and am hoping it doesnt…
