hi everyone =] im new here, i have lost 30lb so far before i joined but i have such a lack of motivation at the moment, any advice as how to get back on track would be appreciated!

    welcome! I'm new too. I suggest you add some friends and see how far some of the others on here have come. It's motivating. What got me back on track was a biggest loser competition at work. You could maybe start something like that, or with friends and family. When everyone around you is trying to get healthy it really helps! Good luck!

    Take a trip down memory lane....go through and look at your old photos of your "fat" self compared to what you are now...that usually inspires me to keep going!
