The Wall

My NSV!
Today I went to the gym in my workout clothes.When I was finished working out I changed into a pair of denim capris that I brought with me. I didn't know they had become so big on me. I had to keep pulling them up! What a great feeling!

Why is it that gym trainers help the young pretty women but ignore us oldies? I am 60 and doing everything in my Power to get fit and healthy however the trainer will cancel my appointment when a young thing walks in the door. It makes me cry.

I did 35 minutes on the WII.I feel hot thirsty and a little nauseated. Is that normal?
