How often do you weigh yourself? I think I get on the scale too much and it gets depressing if I don't lose every day.

Once every 1.5 - 2 weeks unless I want to be stressed out all the time.

Best to weigh yourself in 1 week intervals as you body weight may fluctuate from one day to the next.

From personal experience though- DONT be a slave to the scale! There are so many other tools you can use to measure progress and success, the least of which should be how your FEEL! This latest(and final journey for me) differed becasue I focused more on being healthy, instead of just losing weight- losing pounds is a by product of getting healthy and fit. I cared more about how I felt about what I saw in the mirror, instead of what the scale had to say.

instead of relying solely on the scale, try taking measurements, notice when your clothes fit differently, reflect on how much more energy you have, etc. It will take time, but be patient. The weight didnt come on in a matter of weeks, and it will take more than that to get it off, and more importantly KEEP it off!

You can do it- you are worth it!
