Scariest "Healthy" Food
What food did you think was healthy but then were shocked by the sugar or sodium? Did you find a healthier alternative to the healthy item? What was it? For me, it would be some low calorie smoothies i used to drink. Low calories but totally loaded with sugar. Now I make my own so I can sweeten it with a tad of honey.

Low carb meals?
Hello, i've had to cut out starchy carbs because they apparently are wreaking havoc on my blood levels (trying to avoid diabetes). Anyone have any good recipes that are low in starches/sugar? I got a receipe for pumpkin protein muffins on here that was great, so I thought I'd put this out there.

5k Question from non-runner
So I just started trying to run but I want to sign up for a 5k in May. The thing is can i sign up for it when I am not sure i can run the whole thing? Sometimes I have to walk for a couple of minutes here and there cause i lose pace and end up out of breath. Or do i just sign up for the walking part and try to run that?…
