Your Must-Have Food

Is there any food on your weight loss journey that you absolutely refuse to give up or compromise on (opt for full fat version vs low fat or fat free)?

For me it is Ranch dressing. I don't eat a lot of salad so it's not something I eat that often, but when I do have a salad, I must have the full fat, regular ranch dressing. I will give up the calories for this little condiment.

What do you have to have?

    Bread- I plan on eating bread when I am thinner, so I am learning how to eat it now.

    Ice Cream- same as above...

    I never changed the foods I ate when starting MFP, I just changed the quantity. For me, portion control was where I had issues.

    I refuse to compromise when i go out to eat. my fiance and i don't get to date often, so when we do i'll be darned if i'm going to eat super healthy. However, that being said-i hav enever been able to finish a dinner portion at our favorite restaurants, so i don't ever do as bad as i could-i almost always eat it for lunch the next day too.
