Question for those that have lost a lot of weight so far.
I've heard that losing a lot of weight will result in saggy extra skin. Does anyone know if this is true? Sorry if this is already on the forum somewhere. I've looked and couldn't find anything on it.

First time posting on the success board
This is my first time posting on the success board. I still have a long way to go, but I felt that I needed to post this to encourage me to keep going (my motivation has been dwindling the past week). Reality check for me- Saturday at the store, I had to pick up dog food. I'm not supposed to be lifting that heavy, but I…

40lbs Lost, but same clothing size?!?
I don't get it. I have a pair of jeans that are the same size as my others, but a different brand and I haven't worn them in a long time because they were too tight. After dropping 40lbs and the pair of jeans I wear all the time being way too loose, I decided to try on this jean skirt that I've only worn once. I could…

At What Point Is It Safe To Run?
I've dropped 40lbs, but still have 99 more to go. I haven't run in a very very long time and I'm trying to start strength training a little bit at a time. There's another 5K coming up in 2 months and I want to do it, but I think this one needs to be ran rather than walked like my last one. I go back to check up with my…

Anyone Have Uneven Soreness?
I've been walking a lot lately. I'm starting to notice that on one side, the arch of my foot and thigh are sore. And on my other leg, behind my knee and calf is sore. Not hurting, just tender enough to notice when I walk. To my knowledge, I haven't been walking odd. How is this? Anyone else experience this?

Advice Needed Please
Background: Sedentary for most of my life, have 2 bulging discs in lower back, and a heel spur. Dr has not approved me to run yet, although I've been walking quite a bit and just completely my first ever 5K on Sunday. So there are two things I'd like to hear some thoughts on: 1. How do you know when to push yourself more?…

Suggestions for heel spur & bulging discs
A year ago, I was pretty much bed ridden because of my bulging discs in my lower back. With physical therapy, I can walk again, but I've been so paranoid. I don't want to ever hurt like that again, so does anyone have any suggestions for exercises that is not going to hurt my back or heel spur? My doctor told me to get…

How often do you weigh?
I've been weighing daily for the last couple of weeks (before that I just weighed every once in a while when I was at the doctor or something....denile. Haha). It's kind of discouraging when I drop a good amount of weight and then almost every day now, there's very little, sometimes no change from day to day. Should it be…

New to the message boards
I've decided it's time to finally commit to losing weight. I started the hCG diet 6 days ago and have lost 19lbs so far. Still ahve a long way to go. My friend lost 90lbs in a year on this diet. The thing I'm afraid of is gaining the weight back when I stop taking it (It's only a 3 week thing). My plan is to take this,…
