I've decided it's time to finally commit to losing weight. I started the hCG diet 6 days ago and have lost 19lbs so far. Still ahve a long way to go. My friend lost 90lbs in a year on this diet. The thing I'm afraid of is gaining the weight back when I stop taking it (It's only a 3 week thing). My plan is to take this, ride out the cravings for bread and noodles and sweets, and after it's done, just start making healthier meals for me and the family (not like I was before the diet, but not as restrictive as this 500 calorie a day thing).
