I live in a small town, but I was thinking about getting a trainer. I would have to travel, but I'm at the point that I'm not sure what to do anymore. I have 18lbs left to lose. I know I can do it , but I'm at the point I'm not sure what to do. And also getting bord with treadmill and elliptical.

What keeps you focused when you are running?
I'm only on week 1 D 3 of c25k. But I have noticed that when I start I'm doing good and I'm focused. But when I'm little over half way done i start losing my focus. What can I can to stay more focused.

I just don't understand.
I don't understand, I have been losing weight at a slow pace. But I'm always cold. My body or just my hands. Why am I so cold. I want to lose another 20lbs but I will be really cold then.

Water with Crystal Lite
